Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Tantrum Doughnuts Ltd, 35 Old Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, G3 8RD.
Sales of Tantrum Doughnuts Gift Cards made via the link from “https://tantrum-doughnuts.mytoggle.io/shop/tantrum-doughnuts-gift-card” are managed by Toggle Ltd, Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, London W1, registered in England with company no. 4225467.
Tantrum Doughnut Gift Cards purchased via website sales can be purchased in £ sterling with a minimum value of £10 and a maximum of £50 per card.
Gift cards ordered through website sales will be sent to the email/delivery address stated on the individual order. Deliveries will be made using First Class post, Registered Signed For or Special delivery via Royal Mail, as specified on the order. Orders sent by Registered or Special Delivery will require a signature on arrival.
If you wish to use a gift card as full/partial payment you must inform staff prior to any form of payment.
Once activated the gift card is valid for 12 months and can be used in full or partial payment in store at any Tantrum Doughnuts location. Gift cards are exclusively for use for in store purchases and aren’t valid for use against purchases made via invoice or with third party systems of Deliveroo/Uber eats.
The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash and all monies on the card must be redeemed by the expiry date which is 12 months from date of purchase. If a gift card has not been fully redeemed by it’s expiry date Tantrum Doughnuts is not responsible for loss of any remaining value. Tantrum Doughnuts is not liable for replacements of gift cards which have affected by loss, theft or damage.
Tantrum Doughnuts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
