Coffee Shop Supervisor – Full Time – West End

We are now looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our team at our West End shop on Old Dumbarton Road.

We are a small friendly team with good staff retention, and are looking for the right person to train and grow with us.
We require you for 4-5 shifts a week, including weekends. No nights.

As a successful supervisor you will be a natural leader who has a proactive, can-do approach
and takes pride in their place of work. You will be responsible for maintaining and
developing service standards, keeping the shop well-presented while ensuring stock levels
are maintained.

You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality
and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
Working alongside the managers and owners you will ensure the smooth running of the
shop needed to delight our customers even during busy rushes.

Our Ideal Candidate has:
• At least one year minimum experience in a supervisor role from a hospitality background.
• Coffee making experience is preferred, however full training is provided.
• A passion for food and specialty coffee, with good and up to date knowledge of current
food trends and ingredients.
• The ability to politely deal with customer queries over the phone and in person, which
may include order enquiries, product and ingredient information and feedback.
• Experience carrying out end of day cash ups, being a key holder and undertaking basic
administrative duties.
• Available to work the opening hours and weekends as well as busy periods such as Easter,
Halloween and Christmas. (Closed Christmas day/Boxing day)
• Having high energy levels with a cheerful attitude and the ability to work under pressure
while maintaining an enjoyable environment alongside your peers.
Competitive rates £13.70 per hour. We are Real Living Wage employers. If you
